Pembo, Makati City - Room Mate - Separate Rooms

I am renting a 2 bedroom place here in Pembo Makati...near talipapa...and Market market..

My sister staying in one room will be going home to the province so I am looking for a possible roomate...not a roomate actually because you will be having your own room...

- malinis sa bahay
- marunong makisama
- hindi mabarkada
- not effem
- not maarte since the place is not that sosyal
- know the obligation of sharing

Rent is Php 4000 na paghahatian so tig 2000 tayo separate bill of electricity and water...devided equaly..

Rice cooker
kitchen wares
foam for you
PC

that we can both use for as long as you know your obligation..
